| Started his career as a Video editor in a news department. Since 2003 - 2008 was part of the organization team of the International Documentary Film Festival, CRONOGRAF. Since 2007 held the position of Selector and Executive director of the Festival. His debut as a producer was the film A COUNTRY OF FAIRY TALES, directed by Gheorghi Agadjanean. Since 2007 is a National Coordinator for Cross Border Cinema Culture, a project initiated and ran by The Council of Europe, aiming the cooperation between Armenia, Georgia, Azerbaijan, Ukraine and Moldova. With ALTFilm initiated several partnerships for organization of international trainings on film. | |

| Initiated and coordinated training projects for young filmmakers, amongst them, the first Documentary Project Development Workshop in Moldova. This workshop represented a start point for an international experience of young documentary filmmakers. She was one of the coordinators of International Documentary Film Festival, CRONOGRAF in 2006 – 2008. Worked as a line producer for several documentaries produced in Moldova and Romania. | |

Otilia Babara

| One of the few graduates from Art Academy who really get to work in film industry. Her debut, THE RUG, is a reference film amongst the student film made in the last years. Worked as a production assistant with known directors as Igor Kobileanschi and Sergiu Prodan. She is one of those typical representative of the new generation who have the will, the knowledge and skills to move things on. | |
